Stress is…sometimes occupational…frequently financial…probably physical…occasionally…or environmental…and often anti-social. Fluanxol is…uniquely suited to treatment of the complex depression/anxiety syndrome so often triggered by stress. A recent compares with amitriptyline in the treatment of mild or moderately severe depression showed that: "all in all, the trends consistently favoured flupentixol (Fluanxol) both with respect to the adequacy of the anti-depressant and anti-anxiety effects and to the paucity of unwanted effects. The balanced action of Fluanxol quickly relieves the range of symptoms which may not respond completely to an antidepressant or tranquilliser alone. Maximum effect occurs within the first week of treatment, there is no risk of habituation and seldom any side effects. Fluanxol - probably the fastest way to deal with depression and anxiety. |
