Moderate doses of Ludiomil rarely caused ECG disturbances such as sinus tachycardia in short term studies. Arrhythmias. Ludiomil has been used beneficially in some depressed patients with pre-existing arrhythmias. Reduced postural hypotension. Tetracyclic therapy with Ludiomil is associated with less hypotension than tradional tricyclic antidepressants. Less anticholinergic side effects. Dry mouth, blurred vision, sweating and constipation are less common with Ludiomil. Better compliance.
