Complex intensity of black currents and cedar. Medium bodied. Sports good tannis and long fruit flavours. Could be kept for a couple of years. Super with red meats, spicy tomato dishes and robust cheese." DROSTDY-HOF WESTERN CAPE CHARDONNAY : "Pale yellow-green colour. Moderately intense tropical fruit and pear aromas. Faint hints of caramel. Has a soft, mouth-filling texture. Clean with a long vertical character and flavour. Pleasant with shellfish, poultry and mild falvoured cheese. Refreshing on it's own..." |
