Con ella recibí el premio a la mejor Opera Prima en el festival de Cartagena 1986 y representé a Colombia en el último Festival de Cine en Valladolid-España, en el de La Habana-Cuba y en el de Corneil University. PORQUE HACE LO QUE HACE: Por una necesidad absoluta de expresarme, de comunicarme, de divertir y de divertirme.
