SO MY NEW DIET PLAN WAS WORKING OUT FABULOUSLY. Then 10:30am rolled around.
For me, dieting is just another fancy word for deprivation. No funny girly lunches, no snacking, no chocolate. Oh god, no chocolate. All of which leaves me rather irritable. So I've stopped dieting like that. And opted for a simpler way of losing weight. Today's Slim-Fast Plan. It's eating six times a day, there's no skipping meals, and there's tons of variety including their new line-up of meal replacement soup.
It just makes sense. Eating at regular intervals means my blood sugar levels stay, well, level. What does go down are any sudden urges to grab a quick donuts, especially one already in the hands of a stranger. And there's no energy roller coaster to ride since the Slim-Fast Plan provides me with balanced nutrition throughout the day. And with so much variety it makes the plan really easy to stick to. There are Slim-Fast meal replacement bars, shakes, and now a great savory option, soups. Not to mention Slim-Fast snack bars. Who needs to eat like a bird, other than birds of course. Now everything is coming up lovely, slim roses. I'm eating nutritious foods, snacking and still reaching my goals. Who knew it was all this sensible and oh, so simple?
