Try these exciting new cocktails at your next gathering.
Remy Concorde: 2 oz. Chilled Remy Martin V.S. Grand Cru, Pineapple juice, Piper Heidsieck Champagne. Pour cognac and pineapple juice in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a champagne flute filled with cracked ice. Fill flute with champagne.
The Centaur: 1 1/2 oz. shot Remy Martin V.S. Grand Cru, Ginger Ale, Dash of Angostura Bitter, Fresh mint leaves, 1/2 shot of lime juice, 1 tbsp sugar. Muddle 6 fresh mint leaves and sugar in an old fashioned glass. Fill glass with ice. Pour in the lime juice, cognac and bitter. Top off with ginger ale.
