Bacardi amber taste great mixed because it tastes great unmixed. Bacardi & ginger ale. Fill a glass with ice cubes and add a jigger of Bacardi amber. Add ginger ale, and garnish with lime wedge or slice. Easy, breezy and bubbly. Bacardi Planter's Punch Splash 3 oz. Bacardi amber over cracked ice in a shaker. Add 2 oz. lemon or lime juice, 2 tsps. sugar. Shake well. Strain into tall glass with cracked ice. Garnish with cherry, slice of lemon or lime, 1/2 slice of orange, sprig of mint.
