St. Remy the long, the short and the tall.
The long: St. Remy Highball. 2 oz. St. Remy over ice. Ginger ale or soda water. Twist of lemon. Stir.
The Short: St. Remy Stinger. 1-1/2 oz. St. Remy and 1/2 oz. white Creme de Menthe. Stirred with crushed ice.
St. Remy Brandy Alexander. 1 oz. each of St. Remy, white Creme de Cacao and sweet cream. Shake with ice. Strain. Grated nutmeg.
The tall: St. Remy, Soda and lime.
St. Remy fine old French brandy. |
