Canadian law requires distillers to place a stamp on their bottle showing the year their whisky was distilled. Whith Schenley OFC, we go a lot further. We certify that our whisky has been aged in charred white oak casks, for a full 8 years. We believe 8 years is a perfect aging time for whisky. When it reaches it's prime for a smooth, mellow taste.
